Jordan Brand has teamed up with Gatorade to create a range of apparel and sneakers connected to the sports drink that Michael Jordan has long endorsed. While the footwear hasn't made it to retail yet, the brand recently launched the apparel via nike.com here.
Going beyond the usual approach for themed releases like these of having items slyly reference their inspiration, this collection appears to have been produced in collaboration with Gatorade, and features the brand's logo and lightning bolt emblem. Apparel items include hats, socks, tops, and shorts.
What, then, of the "Gatorade" Air Jordan 6s that are at the center of the sneaker offerings from this group? The latest is a rumored Dec. 16 release date.
