We are now a full seven weeks in to the 2017-18 NFL season, but Nike and the Patriots are still celebrating team's come-from-behind victory in Superbowl 51.
In honor of the win, a one-of-one pair of "Comeback" Nike Air Force 1 Low SB51s was created out of two footballs used in the actual game. The game logo can be seen on the shoe's forefoot, with the Pat's logo found on the heel. The ball's laces have even been incorporated into the tongue of the sneaker.
The Hall at Patriot Place will have the shoe on display on Oct. 20 and 21, then will be on hand when the Patriots host the Falcons in a Super Bowl 51 rematch at Gillette Stadium Oct. 22. Following that, the shoe will be auctioned off at a later date to benefit Boston's Boys & Girls Club.
