For this week's unboxing, Sole Collector's Brendan Dunne takes a detailed look at the Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 designed by Virgil Abloh.
This pair is a part of the second set of five sneakers from "The Ten" pack designed by Abloh for Nike. Titled the "Ghosting" pack, it includes other classic models like the Converse Chuck Taylor and Air Max 97. This set gets its name from its use of translucent uppers. Details on the Air Force 1 include Off-White branding on the medial side and insole, a transparent Swoosh overlapping the eyestay, Abloh's signature red zip tie, and suede hits on the heel and eyestay as well.
This pair, along with the other nine shoes designed by Abloh, will be releasing in limited numbers at select boutiques across the globe beginning Nov 9.
