Now that Nike has the NBA apparel deal, the brand has the ability to use official team logos on footwear. To date those kind of treatments have been sparing—Kevin Durant released a Warriors-themed pair and there's also a collection of slides connected to NBA teams. Nike went much deeper on Tuesday with the unveil of a series of custom NIKEiD Air Force 1s for each of the 30 teams in the league.
The shoes let at-home designers place team logos on the heel tab of the Nike Air Force 1 Low and Nike Air Force 1 High. Most of the teams have three color palettes available, although some—like the Nuggets and Mavericks—are only given two.
