Before the model has even officially made its debut at retailers, there is already images of an upcoming Consortium collaboration for Adidas' latest iteration of the NMD, the NMD_Racer. This pair in particular will be a collab with CLOT's brick-and-mortar boutique Juice.
Thanks to Yeezy Mafia's Instagram account, some images have surfaced to give a look at the upcoming release. It sports a white Primeknit upper covered in an all-over black and grey pattern of CLOT's famous Alienegra camouflage print. Other details include welded black Three Stripes branding on the medial side, rugged black and white outsole by the toe area, a heel tab that features "Alienegra" repeatedly printed in white, a black suede hit on the heel, and specially branded insoles.
The most notable change made to the NMD_Racer silhouette, as compared to previous NMDs, is the new look of the midsole's EVA insert blocks. There are now two small blocks on the midsole by the toe, and a third longer block that wraps around the heel of the shoe.
According to Yeezy Mafia, the Adidas NMD_Racer x Juice "Alienegra" is expected to be hitting select Consortium retailers this January.
