One of the most respected names in streetwear is extending its collaborative reach to team up with New Balance once again on a modern performance shoe. The result is Stussy's cream-colored pair of the New Balance 990V4, a runner that's having something of a moment right now.

The suede and mesh "Stussy Cream" version of the sneaker will release on Sept. 29 for $180 via New Balance, Stussy, and select retailers.

The project is conservative on branding, sticking Stussy's logo on the insole and a co-branded shoe bag.

Stussy's rich history of sneaker projects is linked most closely with Nike, with the streetwear brand updating models like the Air Huarache and Air Max 95. That being said, it's worked with New Balance before on silhouettes like the MT580.
