Kith is ready to begin rolling out its Nike Take Flight sneaker collection. First up is the re-designed Nike Air Maestro 2 in premium nubuck red and purple colorways.

Not just a collaboration, Ronnie Fieg gave the retro hoop shoe a complete overhaul. The silhouette has been scaled up due to inner sock construction and a dual-strap closure system. A revamped upper features a tech-zipper along the medial side. Similar to models like the Footscape, the lacing system is offset to accommodate the zipper. A mini Swoosh adorns the toebox as a nod to other 90s favorites.

The purple-based colorway is inspired by Pippen's alma mater, Central Arkansas, while the red pair is a nod to the all-red sneakers famously worn by Pippen in the 1994 All-Star Game. The Hall of Famer's statistics appear on leather insoles and each pair comes with special packaging.

Both shoes will release this Friday, Sept. 29 at all Kith shops and at 11 a.m. EST on kith.com. The shoes will retail for $190 and they'll never be sold anywhere else.
