In addition to signing Ariana Grande, Reebok continues to bolster its roster of celebrity endorsers by linking up with rapper Gucci Mane.
Not only has Gucci confirmed that he'll be the face of upcoming Reebok Classics campaigns, but he'll also be releasing his own sneaker — the "Guwop" Reebok DMX Run 10. The runner follows Gucci's standard all-white motif, complemented by metallic silver detailing. Beyond the colors, there's wild fringe leather detailing, metal aglets and ice cream cone elements inspired by his famous face tattoo.
The "Guwop" DMX Run does not yet have a release date, although Sole Collector can confirm that it's not dropping on Oct. 17 as suggested by the rapper when he shared the shoes on social media. What's more, according to a source close to the project at Reebok, the sneakers pictured are samples and not even in production at this point.
