It was announced a few months ago that Damian Lillard's next Adidas signature model would be releasing this October in white and black, and cream and gum colorways. Now, Damian Lillard has been spotted putting up shots in a previously unseen color scheme of the Dame 4.
This new colorway sports a white upper with red detailing on the midsole and pull tab on the tongue. The photo was posted by Blazers beat reporter Casey Holdahl on Twitter, who referred to Dame's new shoe as "a cross between a hoop shoe, and the NMD." Although that isn't a terrible comparison, one key difference between the NMD and Dame 4 is the lack of Adidas' popular Boost cushioning, per Lillard's request.
The mid-cut Adidas Dame 4 silhouette sports a mesh upper with synthetic overlays, looped lacing system, Three Stripes branding by the heel, and Bounce cushioning in the midsole. Expect pairs to make their way into retailers on Oct. 6.
