With people spending more on sneakers than ever, there's increasing demand for product geared toward protecting their investments. Answering the call is Drysteppers, a company that is making protective "shields" for your favorite footwear and apparel.

Company founder Richard Franklin stopped by to give Rich "MaZe" Lopez and Brendan Dunne the rundown of this quirky, but functional innovation on the latest episode of Full Size Run. The bags, which are worn over sneakers to shield them from the elements, are available in plain, sneaker-printed and all-over-print designs.

Franklin, also co-owner of Relevant Customs, acknowledges that wearing Drysteppers isn't for everybody, but stands behind the idea that it solves a problem for others.

Lopez and Dunne also discuss James' Harden's Nike coverup, Drake's next Jordan collaboration, Future's upcoming Reebok hybrid, that split Air Jordan 1 sample and much more in the video above.
