Retailer KITH continues to forge partnerships with basketball's most versatile small forwards. Just days after confirming a project with Hall of Famer Scottie Pippen pegged to Fashion Week, Ronnie Fieg is teasing something big with LeBron James.
Fieg posted a shot of James wearing a KITH-branded hoodie tonight, withholding a caption to fuel speculation. James himself mentioned working with KITH on Instagram Stories earlier today.
"We're on our way to another shoot. Just finished one up with Ronnie Fieg. KITH," said James. "It's going to be crazy. I can't even tell y'all what we've got in store, but it's going to be OD."
It was also recently revealed that James' business partner Maverick Carter sits in on the KITH advisory board, which provides this powerhouse connection with a little extra context.
With the Pippen project apparently including a re-working of the Air Maestro, one has to assume a KITH x Nike LeBron sneaker is on the table for Fashion Week as well. It wouldn't be the first time—James and his signature line has been linked to designer John Elliott in recent years, beginning with New York Fashion Week in 2015. Nothing regarding a sneaker collaboration has been confirmed, but we'll know more as next month's event nears.
