Vans' next sneaker partnership will aim high, teaming up with German fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld. The creative director for Chanel and Fendi will have his way with the Vans Slip-On, seen above, as well as laceless versions of the Sk8-Hi and Old Skool, according to Vogue.
The Slip-On pair reworks Vans' iconic checkerboard pattern to incorporate Lagerfeld's silhouette in black and white.
Anyone who feels compelled to wear a pair of sneakers bearing the likeness of this vampiric fashion man will be happy to know that the Karl Lagerfeld x Vans pack releases on Sept. 7. Per Vogue, the sneakers and apparel will be available through Karl Lagerfeld stores and Vans from $30 to $400.
