A day after American hurdler Kori Carter ran her way to gold in "True Blue" spikes at the World Championships, current pound-for-pound boxing king Andre Ward is putting in work while wearing Air Jordan 3-themed boxing boots. His custom model features elephant print overlays on the toe and heel, along with personalized S.O.G. (Son of God) embroidery.
Ward, coming off an impressive knockout victory over Sergey Kovalev, has not yet announced his next fight. Quietly one of the longest tenured members of Team Jordan, Ward was signed to represent the brand as soon as he turned pro in 2004, following in the footsteps of Roy Jones Jr.
