The latest Adidas NMD delivery should look familiar for anyone who's been following the brand's ongoing collaboration with Kanye West. The Primeknit pattern used on the latest drop of Adidas NMDs is fairly similar to the one used on West's Yeezy 350 Boost.

Dubbed the "Sashiko" pack, these NMDs display a pattern mimicking Japanese sashiko stitching. However, thanks to the immense popularity of the Yeezy 350 Boost, it's impossible to not see the correlation.

Alongside the two colorways of the NMD_R1, Adidas is also releasing an NMD City Sock 2 featuring the same black sashiko Primeknit. These pairs are all finished off with a translucent outsole.

This is not the first time Adidas has tried to bring Yeezy hype to other models. Yeezy-inspired colorways have also been released for the Ultra Boost 3.0 and EQT Support 93/17, to name a few.

The Adidas NMD_R1 "Sashiko" pack and NMD City Sock 2 "Sashiko" release on Aug. 19 through select Adidas retailers and adidas.com for $170 and $180, respectively.
