Before Stephen Curry transitioned into the Under Armour Curry 4 during the NBA Finals, he played the Warriors' MLK Day game in a special colorway of the Curry 3 made exclusively for himself and President Barack Obama.
The "Back 2 Back" Curry 3 was a celebration of Curry's back-to-back MVP nods, as well as Obama's back-to-back presidential terms. It features a patriotic mix of red, white and blue, star detailing along the carbon fiber insets, Presidential Seals on tongues and Obama's signature printed on the outsoles. The pair will likely never make it to retail.
