Custom 'Transformers' Air Jordans Made for Mark Wahlberg

For thr release of the latest installment in the franchise, Transformers commissioned sneaker customizer The Shoe Surgeon to create a 1-of-1 pair of Air Jordans for actor and Jordan Brand family member Mark Wahlberg.

As Jacques Slade explains in the video below, people associated with the film's marketing were in search of a sneaker tie-in for promotion, resulting in projects like this Bumble Bee-inspired Air Jordan 4 custom. The shoe was reconstructed with premium yellow leather and brass hardware as a nod to the popular character.
