Despite a seeming lack of enthusiasm at the beginning of their partnership, Klay Thompson will be wearing sneakers made by China-based brand Anta for a long time to come. Nick DePaula reports that Thompson signed a contract worth up to $80 million to extend his endorsement deal for 10 more years. According to DePaula, that now makes Thompson a top-10 endorser in the NBA.
Along with Thompson, Anta's current NBA roster includes Chandler Parsons and Rajon Rondo. The brand also produced the last signature model worn by Kevin Garnett prior to his retirement.
