In 1998, the Jordan Brand introduced it's first true scale down low-top since the Air Jordan 2—the Air Jordan 13 Low. One of two colorways to hit stores was the "Chutney" make-up, also referred to as "Mustard" at the time. The low-tops stood out due to an unorthodox look geared more toward lifestyle than performance, foreshadowing the future of the brand.
For the first time in almost 20 years, the "Chutney" Jordan 13 Low is back. Fairly true to the original, the shoe sports a black and chutney leather upper, along with a gold-plated Jumpman on a suede panel.
Men's and gradeschool sizes will release next Saturday, June 10 at nike.com and Jordan retailers.
