Today, Adidas officially announces its LGBT Pride Month footwear collection. Four exclusive styles have been treated to rainbow makeovers as a nod to the LGBT community in the name of equality. Additionally, Adidas will continue to support the Rainbow Laces campaign, a charity committed to promoting equality for lesbian, gay, bi and trans fans and players in sport, while also raising awareness of the problem of homophobia, biphobia and transphobia.
Pride sneakers include the popular Ultra Boost ($200), classic Superstar ($100), EQT Support ADV ($140) and Crazy Explosive Low ($130). According to Adidas, the brand is looking to grow beyond the rainbow's primary and secondary colors, adding a tertiary palette representative of inclusivity.
The Pride Collection sneakers are available beginning today at adidas.com and will continue to release throughout June.
