Nike's "Pure Platinum" color has been used on a multitude of silhouettes and the latest to feature it is the Nike PG1. As Paul George's first signature Nike, the sneaker has done very well because of its appealing price point and styling.
While the Nike PG1 "Pure Platinum" features the standard mesh toe box, the majority of its upper uses a fish scale pattern in a premium Nubuck upper. Set on top of a white speckled midsole and gum rubber outsole, the sneaker also features accents of yellow on the outsole and insole. A 3M reflective Swoosh is incorporated for added shine.
The Nike PG1 "Pure Platinum" is expected to release for $110 on June 1 in Japan and at Foot Locker in United States. A European release is set to follow on June 9.
