Imagine successfully ordering a pair of the limited Supreme x Nike Air More Uptempos only to have the shoes arrive in the mail already trashed. That's what appears to have happened to Instagram user @remzashoedle, who posted images of a pair he says came covered in mold.
Based on the Instagram posts, it sounds like the customer who received the shoes has reached out to Nike and Supreme but hasn't resolved the issue yet.
This issue doesn't appear to be widespread, unlike the plagues of mold that have affected some Air Jordan releases in the past. That being said, people have found other things to complain about with the Supreme x Nike Air More Uptempo, some requesting refunds after discovering a dimmer-than-normal reflective treatment on the black pair.
The tweet below shows what purports to be an exchange between a customer and Supreme that ends in the store offering to refund the not-fully-reflective sneakers.
