Do you think you have what it takes to create the next big sneaker at Adidas? Well, the Brand With the 3 Stripes is giving young designers the opportunity to reach that goal with the Adidas Design Academy. The 24-month program gives designers a chance to create, invent and break new ground with Adidas' existing design teams—and the possibility to land a job at the end.

In addition to footwear design, the academy also offers programs in apparel, graphics, and color and material. The Adidas Design Academy will have programs at its two major design hubs—the North American Headquarters in Portland Oregon and the Global Headquarters in Herzogenaurach, Germany.

Participants will get hand-on experience in several major design studios, including one assignment abroad such as Shanghai, Tokyo, Portland or Herzogenaurach. Four-week rotations into the Brand Design, Product Marketing, Product Development or Innovation departments are also implemented to give designers cross-functional knowledge.

The application deadline is April 15, so get your portfolios and resumes ready now. The Adidas Design Academy program begins on October 1, 2017. For more application details click here: ApparelFootwearGraphicsColor and Materials
