Meet the World's Oldest Hypebeast

Who is the hypebeast grandpa wearing Supreme and Stussy? Watch this video and find out.

The allure of streetwear and sneakers that the internet tells you are cool knows no bounds. It does not discriminate for age—just look at 71-year-old Alojz Abram, the social media sensation known for donning Supreme caps, Stussy hoodies, and the like. The above video, along with a hilarious interview at Complex, chronicles the old man's young love for hype gear.

Not unlike many Supreme shoppers and sneaker collectors, Abram is new to the scene, his interest starting about a year ago. He points to his grandson, who is responsible for circulating the images of Abram online, as his main sartorial influence.

Refreshingly, Abram admits to not being an expert on the brands he so endears. On Supreme, all he can offer of its history is that "it started as a skate brand and now it’s collaborating with Louis Vuitton."

Watch the video of Abram in action above and, if nothing else, take from his interview this most important piece of advice: "Stay young."
