Last summer, we imagined future Jordan retro colorways that could eventually surface based on off-court elements of Michael Jordan's life. Among the concepts was a Gatorade-inspired make-up of the Air Jordan 6 Low, paying homage to one of Jordan's most famous endorsements. While every detail may have not been spot on, it appears that we weren't far off on the prediction.
According to Sneaker Files, the "Gatorade" Air Jordan 6 Retro is expected to release this holiday season. The shoe is expected to feature a green nubuck upper and contrasting orange accents, drawing from the sports drink's official logo. It's possible that this pair was on the table during Wahlberg's recent trip to Nike Headquarters, as seen on the reality TV show Wahlburgers.
