One of the most beloved sneaker collaborations of all-time, the "Atmos Elephant" Nike Air Max 1 was voted by fans to make its long-awaited return to retail this year.
Originally released in 2006, the runner became a "holy grail" in the hobby, fetching up to $2,000 in deadstock condition. Its combination of elephant print overlays and striking jade accents made it an instant favorite among collectors.
Though an official release date hasn't been announced, expect these to be available in March. The date was originally believed to be Air Max Day (March 26), but European retailers have it listed for March 16. We'll update you as soon as an official announcement is made.
