Among the many exciting Super Bowl activations in Houston this week was a hub set up by Microsoft that gave fans a chance to design cleats for Super Bowl LI.
Designers used the Surface Studio and Surface Hub to submit sketches, two of which were selected for New England Patriots cornerback Malcolm Butler and Atlanta Falcons running back Devonta Freeman to wear in Sunday's game. Tasked with responsibility of bringing these designs to life was noted cleat customizer Marcus "SolesBySir" Rivero, who hand-painted the designs on Butler's Adidas 5-Star and Freeman's Nike Vapor Untouchable cleats.
Look for both pairs on the field tomorrow night.
