Every year, Jordan Brand celebrates Black History Month throughout February with a collection of sneakers. After getting a preview of the men's Air Jordan 1 "Black History Month" earlier this week, a preview of another Air Jordan 1 suggests a grade school release, too.
The Air Jordan 1 GG "Black History Month" boasts a predominantly metallic gold upper with a texturized black material on the toe box and and heel. While the men's version features Velcro removable Swooshes and tongue patches with Jordan and "BHM" logos, the grade school version only includes removable tongue patches. A solid white midsole and outsole completes the sneaker.
Both of the "Black History Month" Air Jordan 1s are scheduled to release on February 11. Stay posted to Sole Collector for official release information in the near future.
