It's once again time for your weekly NBA sneaker recap.

Last week, players around the league observed Martin Luther King Jr. Day by wearing special sneaker make-ups, as well as offerings from Black History Month collections. Nike went with completely blacked out versions of its models, while Adidas athletes laced up BHM shoes in tribute to tennis legend Arthur Ashe.

Elsewhere, Stephen Curry paid homage to a modern African American hero when he played in an exclusive colorway of the Under Armour Curry 3 dedicated to President Barack Obama. There have been many sneaker tributes to the president over the past eight years, something that will likely not be the case for the next four.

Find out who wore the best sneakers during this special week in the latest installment of NBA #SoleWatch Power Rankings.
