This week, TNT's Inside the NBA was broadcasted from CES in Las Vegas. There, the panel had the opportunity to check out some of the latest gadgets and technology in person, such as Nike's recently released auto-lacing HyperAdapt 1.0 sneaker.

In an interview with CNET, Kenny Smith went up close and personal with the futuristic sneaker, which may be a little too high-tech for the old man. When speaking about the HyperAdapt 1.0, Smith jokingly said that "anybody over 11 should have an explanation" for wearing the shoes and referred to them as "self-lazy."

The HyperAdapt 1.0 released in December with a $720 price tag.
