The "Copper" Nike Air Foamposite One, one of the model's most beloved colorways, is returning for its 20th Anniversary celebration this year. Originally released in 2010, the colorway was a nod to Anfernee Hardaway's famous nickname, Penny. Since then, we've seen the concept carried over to shoes like the Half Cent, Flightposite, Chuck Posite and Penny 6.
How will the retro compare? Instagram user jokickz77 provides some side-by-side shots of both the 2017 and 2010 pairs, which share a lot of similarities and a few differences. In some photos, the shade of copper appears to be a little lighter on the newer pair, while aging accounts for the disparity in the outsole colors.
