Who would have thought that one good deed would take Hector Montez this far? Montez went viral back in September after he posted a clip online of him giving his teacher and coach a pair of Jordans he'd always wanted, and has since been recognized by the likes of Nike and chain retailer Champs.
Here, Champs had Montez appear in an ad, in which he meets Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown and discusses his background.
"I grew up in foster care," Montez says, "and school was like, the only thing that kept my mind right. I never had that father figure growing up—[my coach] cared about me, he nurtured me."
In the video, Montez also gets a chance to go shopping at DJ Khaled's private Champs Sports location.
