Last week, Nike made history with its self-lacing sneaker, the Nike HyperAdapt 1.0. The sneaker's adaptive lacing system automatically tightens down to the foot and self-adjusts if needed as you walk. While the "Black" pair is available for purchase by appointment at select Nike locations, the "White" colorway is still exclusive and New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham, Jr. just got a pair.
In a short video posted on Twitter, OBJ is left speechless for a moment after experiencing the technology in the Nike HyperAdapt 1.0. He even takes them for a quick run and mimics the self-lacing sound.
If you want to experience the future, too, the Nike HyperAdapt 1.0 is available in New York City for $720 at Nike SoHo and the Nike+ Clubhouse at 45 Grand St.
