The Nike Air Force 1 was designed in 1982 by Bruce Kilgore as an innovative basketball sneaker, but its days of dominating the court are long gone. Nonetheless, the Air Force 1 is still one of Nike's most popular sneakers as it continues to be reinvented in many ways — one of which is the sneaker boot.

Taking the idea of sneaker boots to the next level, the Nike Air Force 1 Upstep Warrior comes up almost to the knee. With a black leather upper, the sneakers are built to withstand the harshest winter weather elements. Still staying true to the original Nike Air Force 1 Mid, the strap is also included.

Releasing in women's sizes only, the Nike Air Force 1 Upstep Warrior is scheduled to release on December 18 at select retailers.
