LeBron James is still the best basketball player in the world, but Kyrie Irving is no sidekick.

With the Cleveland Cavaliers trailing the Golden State Warriors late in today's NBA Finals rematch, it was Irving who once again proved to be the difference. Following a steal and layup to draw the Cavs within 1, Irving sealed the deal with a pivot fadeaway over Klay Thompson with just seconds left. Irving finished with 25 points, 10 assists and 6 rebounds in the Cavs' 109-108 home victory.

As expected, Irving used the Christmas platform to debut his new signature sneaker, the Nike Kyrie 3. He started the game in an exclusive white and gold PE colorway, before switching to the "Samurai" pair that released on SNKRS earlier today.
