That purple pair previewed on Thursday morning isn't the only Air Force 1 style that's right around the corner. The Air Force 1 Low in this NikeLab colorway is also coming soon, with retailers poised to launch their pairs early in January, 2017.
The equation is very much the same here: monochrome uppers in premium leather, reflective hits on the heels, and white walls with icy outsoles.
All signs are pointing to 2017 being a banner year for the Air Force 1. Nike's already built a marketing push around the silhouette with efforts like the Linen retro and the SFAF-1, and there are rumors of big name collabs to come.
