The road to the production of models like Nike's Mag and Hyperadapt was a long one, with Swoosh innovators like Tiffany Beers starting on the former's design 10 years ago. On Tuesday, Beers posted the above photo on her Instagram of the first Nike Mag prototype.
The shoe is a far cry from the sleek 2016 release, this early version coming with a battery pack and winding wires sticking out its top.
