Purple Haze might be Cam’ron’s most popular album, but his signature color has long been pink. So, it’s no surprise that the follow-up to his purple Reebok Ventilator Supreme collaboration comes in a very specific shade: Killa Pink.
Cam initially wasn’t sure that the timing was right to drop a collab in his signature color, but after seeing seeing the right sample decided it was a go.
The fact that he even has a sneaker of his one is something he once thought unlikely. “Growing up, only athletes had sneakers. There really wasn’t a lot of entertainers with sneakers,” Cam explained. “To see so many different entertainers now with sneakers is pretty dope. Sneaker companies really focused on athletes when I was growing up, so for me to have my own sneaker is really a blessing.“
