Damian Lillard has already proven to be one of basketball's best on the court, but can he hit the next level as a sneaker endorser?
Just weeks before the start of the new season, photos of what's being called the Adidas D Lillard 3 have surfaced online. The shoe follows the same mid-top, bootie cut design language as its predecessors, with some interesting new style cues to boot. Primarily, the inclusion of a unique TPU quarter overlay that seemingly allows the wearer to customize the tightness of the lacing. It's also interesting to see Adidas shift 3-Stripes branding to the outsole, perhaps a sign of confidence in Lillard's growing brand.
