Jordan Brand will carry right on with charging $400 for retro sneakers soon with the release of the "Obsidian" Air Jordan 4. The sneaker, set to release on Sep. 17, attempts to justify its price with a premium leather upper and plenty of extras.
Leather laces, a dustbag, and a fancy hangtag all come packaged with this Air Jordan 4. Do those make the shoe worth the $400 asking price? Air Jordan fans will have to vote with their money upon the model's release.
Additions aside this is one of the more unorthodox Jordan 4s ever thanks to its quilted leather construction and metallic hardware.
