Adidas has been going hard lately with multiple variations of popular sneakers—look no further than the array of Ultra Boost, NMD, and Tubular options—but when it comes to variety, the Stan Smith is still the king.
From Primeknit pairs to collaborations with the likes of Pharrell Williams and Raf Simons, the Stan Smith has seen a little bit of everything over the last few years, and now it's getting the Y-3 treatment.
For this release, Y-3 has completely revamped the Stan Smith's pristine white upper and added zippers to each side, a molded heel cup, and one-piece tongue. Down low, the Stan Smith's traditional rubber sole remains untouched.
This pair is arriving at overseas retailers as we speak, so they should become more available in the coming weeks.
