The original adidas NMD isn't the only NMD coming that will don the "Triple Black" look that extends all the way down to the Boost treatment. Also coming is this, a new adidas NMD XR1 featuring the same look.
The shoe uses what adidas is calling a "micro-rib knit" on its upper, although it's unclear if that means that the shoe actually has Primeknit. Also different on this version of the shoe is the support cage on the side and the overall lack of Three Stripes branding.
According to Euro retailer End Clothing, the adidas NMD XR1 pictured here will release on Sep. 17.
