Yes, a brand is paying Tim Tebow money to be an endorser in 2016. Per ESPN's Darren Rovell, Tebow has signed a multiyear deal with adidas.
These days the Heisman winner is trying out for MLB teams, apparently doing so clad in adidas shorts and cleats. Adidas has made a big push to become more visible in the sport of baseball recently, so while Tebow no doubt feels like a strange addition to its roster, it at least makes some sense in terms of larger brand strategy.
Tebow was previously signed to Nike, and even had a signature shoe in the works that never saw the light of day.
