Before this week's Opening Ceremony in Rio, a late addition to Nike's Olympic footwear collection appears.
This time, it's the returning Nike Air Zoom Spiridon that dons the nation's colors, a mix of white, navy, red, silver and metallic gold that may give the runner its best look ever. Also adding flavor to the USA-themed style is an icy translucent outsole.
An official announcement is expected soon, but the rumored release date for the "Olympic" Spiridon is Aug. 4. Follow the sneaker above and keep it locked for updates.
