It's hard not to have your heart warmed by the story of Jeffrey Harrison, an Idaho man who was catapulted to viral fame in July for showing up to pick-up basketball games dressed in head-to-toe Michael Jordan gear. While Harrison was mocked when his likeness first hit the internet, those voices have died down in the presence of Jordan's.

Harrison received a personal phone call from Jordan in August encouraging him to hold on to his convictions.

"You just hold on to your beliefs," Jordan said. "Don't let nobody sway your beliefs."

The above video from KREM2 provides some background on Harrison, 33, who is developmentally disabled.

KREM2 captured Harrison's unboxing of a massive care package of Air Jordans, Jordan socks, and even Jordan cologne, along with his conversation with the GOAT himself.
