A grail-status Nike shoe is coming back at last: the Air Force 1 "Linen" from 2001 will release again in 2016. News of the model's return broke today via The Shoe Game.
Note that no images exist yet of the 2016 pair–the above photo is of the original 2001 release.
The "Linen" Air Force 1 has long been a coveted shoe and was part of Nike's Co.JP series exclusive to Japan.
Nike's been generous to Air Force 1 fans in the past year, bringing out original styles via its "Color of the Month" program and long-lost retros like this purple pair.
