Jordan Brand's lead celebrity endorser touched base with "The Architect" Tinker Hatfield, designer of the iconic Air Jordan series and an endless list of your favorite Nikes. The purpose for their meeting is unknown — it could have just been a friendly chat between mutual admirers, but a more saucy possibility is a sneaker-related project between the two. Nothing else from the photo or caption suggests anything is imminent, but Drake is a highly-calculated artist and Jordan is a highly-calculated brand — these types of things usually aren't a coincidence.
Last week, it was announced that Drake's "OVO" take on Hatfield's Air Jordan 12 is delayed indefinitely.
