Under Armour has made good on its promise to "vigorously pursue all business and legal courses of action" against Chinese brand Uncle Martian by filing a massive lawsuit against the knockoff brand in Chinese court. Yu Tang Sports reports that Under Armour is seeking 100M RMB in damages (roughly $15M USD) for losses suffered from Uncle Martian's trademark infringements.

Under Armour filed the suit in late June.

Uncle Martian launched in April, 2016, with a logo very close to Under Armour's and even a line of Stephen Curry-looking shoes.

For its part, the brand says that it's not merely a rip-off of Under Armour.
