There aren't many sneaker brands out there that aren't participating in the summer blitz of red, white, and blue shoes for the 2016 Rio Olympics. Under Armour will throw its hat in the ring with this, a patriotic take on the Curry 2.5.
The Curry 2.5 is a post-season sneaker for Stephen Curry, worn by him during the NBA Playoffs and meant to bridge the gap between his second and third signature models.
This will be the second Curry sneaker this year to take advantage of American colors, the first one being the brighter "USA" Curry 2 that arrived in May.
This Under Armour Curry 2.5 "USA" pair will release on Aug. 5, shortly before the 2016 Olympics begin.
