Nike's Air Zoom Chalapuka re-issue arrived sooner than expected, with the brand releasing four colorways on Thursday via its NikeLab imprint. News of the shoe broke just two weeks ago, when pairs were spotted at a fashion show in New York.
As mentioned then, this isn't a true retro and more of an update to an older model. Reflecting that is the new name–the original was actually called the Air Chapuka. Nike's product details on the shoe slightly confuse the matter, calling this a "remastered" approach despite that term usually referencing one-to-one retro recreations.
