J.Crew and New Balance are still putting out shoes together, this time partnering for another 997. The shoe references the upcoming anniversary of NASA's Apollo 11 mission, which marked the first time humans landed on the Moon.
The off-white sections of the sneaker are apparently meant to represent lunar surfaces, while the dark parts stand for deep space.
Per Hypebeast, the sneakers will come with vacuum packaging and space snacks to further the theme.
The J.Crew x New Balance 997 "Moonshot" releases on July 20, the anniversary of the Moon landing, for $210.
